The Mystic Wheel appears on page 39 of JC Baudot's Arcadia Slot Machines of Europe & America (attributed to Handan-Ni, circa 1919), so it would appear that at least one survives.
It's titled the Bull Dog, presumably because that's what's' on the shield and, sans top sign, there was no other identifier. Another contender for first Circle Skill variant?
