Just noticed this Bryan's Fivewin on EBay.

I've never seen a Bryan's Fivewin with a full door with no cash box door before!

Was this a special one that Bryan's made at the time? :!?!:

There's something odd going on with that panel at the bottom.

Enlarging the picture shows up all sorts of shenanigans I reckon.

Early post-war Bryans wall cabinets were built without cash doors. The top and bottom were butt-jointed with nails and looked like the above. The front door is from an earlier allwin (hence its un-Bryans style inner moulding and filled holes near the bottom). These games were made when new materials were restricted and the factory turned to recycling old for new. The stripey screen printed flashes were not available at this time so separate coloured strips of plastic were fixed behind the track. Maybe the flash on this one was replaced later.
