A temporary shift to arcades of the 80s

Post by yaksplat »

I decided that I'd build an Arcade Cabinet that's computer powered and has the capability to play every old arcade game out there. Actually you can use it for any game emulator that will run on windows; NES, Sega, Atari, SCUMMVM, Playstation and many others. When all is complete, you'll be able to play several thousand games on it.

I've got the entire process documented so far over at http://yaksplat.wordpress.com/

I'm building three of them. One for me, one for a friend of mine and one for my brother in law. I'm hoping to be completely done before Christmas.

Ah, i got bumped over to the build forum :) That's fine, I wasn't sure if this kind of build would fit in the penny machines build area. I've still got plans for my Payramid, I haven't given up on it. That's just needs a lot more planning and drawing.
