I have been wanting to build a Cascade machine for some time and eventually got started. I wanted my machine to run on 10 pence's, so the trickiest parts to make were the coin triggers or coin acceptors. I wanted to purchase but after thinking that the parts available were for old pennies or two pence pieces I set about manufacturing some slightly bigger for a 10 pence dia. Being 24.5mm, I've made these out of 1.5mm mild steel sheet which I will have chromed. I haven't made all the parts yet but here's a few pics of parts made so far.
The second stage of the build will be the coin shooting mechanism.

Ah, thanks - a penny is about 18 mm diameter so I did have to make these parts.

I'm not sure about that, I could have sworn they were one and a quarter inches across.

HI,
Have you got any pictures, drawings or further photos of your Cascade?
I want to build one myself an it would be very nice if I could get any help.
