Hi, the words rare and scarce are often confused, but the word rare is overused.

Rare is one of those words that is often over-used but especially so when an item is over-priced!

And only about £1100 too much (IMHO), perhaps that's what makes it rare.

Edited to add, he's also selling a very very rare brass compass that thinks East is West.
