Saw this Mills today on eBay - looks a nice machine. Anyone on here own it? Any opinions on it guys?

It's nice, as to the price, as we always say on here, it's worth what people will pay. £1000 would be my high IF I wanted it but would not be surprised to see it go for £1400 even if bidding starts.
I wonder what the story is with the two out of line holes drilled at the bottom of the jackpot?

Sold for £1070

But it's back up for sale again, still not sure why it has two holes by the front jackpot as mentioned though.

I've had a word with the guy who's selling it, he says he hasn't got a clue what the holes are for, maybe ventilation for the jackpot according to him :!?!:

I think I would be more concerned as to why the cabinet has been painted black? !PUZZLED!

Could those two holes just be over drilled from the inside - does the jackpot attach there? I've had this happen from previous repairmen re-tapping holes when a thread has stripped, especially on thin castings without much meat on the bone.
