Re: Over priced machines??

A lot of these type of ads (not only in slot machines) have another reason for being there. Once in a while (usually a very long while), they will sell at these prices. Film and stage prop suppliers will pay almost any price as they simply pass it on the end user as part of a complete set up, and they have a habit of finding out today that they need one tomorrow. Restaurant and pub chain interior decorators do the same. I have actually seen a chain of restaurants in the southern USA with that type of rough décor that looks like my shed where every outlet I visited had an old, not working, bandit poked into a corner just to look good and give the right "feel" to the place. Continuously putting the ad on Ebay costs nothing now so they think, why not give it a try!

This particular ad is stretching it but I know others have worked from time to time.
