Expensive Sega

Post by coppinpr »

Perhaps this one should be called"Double the Value" because thats what hes asking. Its definitely not a "mad money" although it just might be the "4 jackpots" the light box claims looking at the reels, although the payout card would be wrong(to be fair I dont think there was a payout card that had 4 jackpots marked on it) I do hate it when the coin denominator isn't painted correctly, looks naff like that.

Id sell my one for half that amount,,at a push

and before BP makes a fuss,I KNOW mine hasn't got a Sega case and i KNOW its got one JP less :D

My Uncle, back in the 60s, in his arcade in Paignton had a handful of front castings without names.
It was common practice for greasers to pull a none paying machine off its shelf.

:!?!: Where is that for sale, I only look on eBay and Sphock? As the Sega was my first machine I love them....it's the sci-fi styling for me...
I think the award for the most over-priced machine has currently got to go to the Jubilee on eBay (that's not working correctly- according to the listing aswell as needing a bit of restoration looking at the photos).... Listed for £560!! Wow......

Mr Coppin does your machine have an acrylic type material reel glass
Never seen one before on a machine but I have one in my spares box

Whilst not glass the one I have is very good quality but don't think it, like
other parts from cloned machines fits the Sega embossed castings.

Always kept it just in case a cloned machine turned up missing one

Looks like a nice original machine, original paint and original top box, which the four jackpots is. I have seen lower name badges mixed before and may have always been there. Good condition original machines of the Lite Up fetch good money and are worth a lot more than the usual junk, although this if a high premium. What is wrong with the badge?
