Re: Elephant House Auctions
I think probably not. I've owned two of these in the past, and have come across a good many others over the years. There are certainly many rarer Whales allwins.......at least three people think that the 'Strike 'Em is one rare machine - or not?
To add to Mr pm's list, we sold another at Coventry in 2015 for £1050.

Oh yes... but that was the same one which sold for £550 in 2012...

Re: Elephant House Auctions
Another large OW sold a month ago on eBay the Twin Jackpot, which looked lovely in the pictures, just as bright and the added touch of twin false jackpots.....by comparison seemed cheap at £645 and just as pretty

Looks like the one I restored a while back

Re: Elephant House Auctions
With nine fours and two twelves the winners look unbelievable. How was that achieved without breaking the bank?
I still prefer Strike 'Em for visual appeal.

It needs six losses per win to break even, by my reckoning.
Not a big earner by Allwin standards. Almost as bad as my Easy Perm, which often 'runs out'.

Re: Elephant House Auctions
Thanks, Mr. PM. The prices for the older rare British arcade items has dropped precipitously from years past. It breaks my heart to see such British gold ignored in favor of the American slot machines.
