Goose Neck Roman Head?

Has anyone noticed item no. 170176170177 on ebay?
It appears to be a Mills Roman Head (Golden Bell) with a goose neck coin accepter. The escalator window (which is blanked-off) and coin entry are positioned in a mirror image to where they would normally be. Has anyone come across one of these before?

Hi Jerry, I have had one before. These are revamps on earlier Mills machines. If you look at the pictures, the mech is too early, probably out of a Poinsettia. Another clue is the wooden sides, they have been built up to accept new castings. Could have been done by Bollands or Firmans maybe.

Thanks Dave. Yes I wondered about the mech., although the reel discs are clearly 20 stop - weren't Poinsettias 10 stop? Or perhaps the number of stops were changed in the conversion?

Not sure if this is similar to the previous one on this post, but this Roman Head also looks to be the wrong way round with the slot on the opposite side to normal and the mechanism looks older. The wooden sides look complete though....
