BRENCO Wheel of Fortune

Post by brigham »

There's a rough Brenco 'Wheel of Fortune' on eBay, starting at the price I would want to pay for one 'ex-arcade'.
It's on my 'wanted' list, but without the added woodworm!

And here's one workin:

Note the predictability of the game-play. At my local arcade in the 70s the Wheel of Fortune always stopped on 6d after lose, so constantly milked it.

If it always stopped on 6d after 'lose', then the variator wasn't working, and the operator deserved to be 'milked' for allowing it to continue in service in that condition!

All the Brenco machines I have seen are very over engineered. I don't think they would ever wear out!
