If he included the liteup panels sat atop it, I think I would consider that one.

I guess it is all a matter of taste, but the day I spend more money on a stand than the machine above it, means I have lost interest in the hobby and moved into antiques, well of course that would apply if they were a pair of Louis XVI marble and ebony pedestal stands, but they are not. For a while I was buying antique stands with a suitable base and top size to support machines, but a lot less money. I worked on the basis they would have a value as well as a look......I must be at the cheap end of the collectors market as I don’t own a bandit worth £1595

These stands were re-produced for many years by Mike Gorski. Unsure if the original he copied from was actually made by a slot maker though as not shown in any of my old catalogues.
Update: Tim LaGanke just posted on a site about these. Copied from a Mills stand, Gorski made at least 100 of them.

Maybe you just haven't listed it as of yet TF.....? Or just list one of your restored halftops with maybe half a dozen knurled screws and that should do the trick..........................................
