More modern toy versions of the real thing - based on a rotary merchandiser and a crane.

Hi BP , I always like to blow my own trumpet at times like this!!!! LOL.... on a different note... do you get it?...note ...music!....never mind..... do you remember about 2 years ago when you bought my last bandit? and I was giving up collecting.... again..... well thanks to the Imperator incident last year I seem to be getting another room full of machines, mainly EMs this time ..... it's funny how things turn out, anyway here's to the next project.... whatever it may be!!Badpenny wrote:Very nice Stuart ................. and may I say ............ you blow a mean trumpet!

Stunning work, I came across one of these when I visited San Francisco at the Musee Mechanique Museum on Pier 45.
If you ever get the chance to visit this stunning city you have to make a trip to this museum, it is free and a lot of fun. Amazing array of slots, working models etc. I know PennyMachines posted a few links to Youtube Videos of the stuff on display. They appear to have updated their website and have included a lot of stills of the machines now:

Re: Cranes, Diggers, Merchandisers
Hi all
I am in the middle of a Buckley digger project, and I am looking for any parts for the overhead cam mech, also a dumore type motor to run it "see poor quality photo " of the bits I need, so if you do have any thing that fits the bill, be it new, old, working, broken or other ... and you want to sell, please PM me with details and we will see if we can do a deal....
I would also welcome any good hi-rez photos of the Buckley overhead cam mech and the machine's workings in general...
