Must be a scam.
I know that both diggers are located in Belgium, seen the restorations and know who owns them at the moment. Second is that I bought the two Mutoscope Electric Travelling Cranes and Novelty Merchantman (seen on one of the pics in that auction). Look at the last pic in that auction and you can see the two cranes restored, which are the same cranes (although the seller says it isn't).

None of these cranes are located in the USA.

2 were restored

thee others were sold on
