Different Bryans Fivewin style?

I just got round to looking at my two Fivewins I bought in total pieces to try and make one out of the two of them.
I noticed they are different to each other?
I have not come across one that doesn't have the wood block to adjust the payout or the door to be hooked out from the top. Did they produce them like this?
It now makes it quite awkward, as they are both in pieces and, although very similar, the parts are slightly different and it's going to be hard working out which one's for what.
How would they have changed the different payout? Remove the gallery surround and change it that way?
You can see the galleries are totally different. I am thinking one is a clone?

The galleries are really different shapes.
Probably a conglomeration of odds and sods.
If you bought them cheaply as being Fivewins with the idea of making one you may need to review your plans somewhat.

My understanding is that the five win was Bryans first allwin pre dating the Pilwin. Early five wins had home made backflashes like this example. The ball gantry is the same as one of yours. There is evidence of Bryans using other manufacturer's cases early on as materials were scare after the war. Later on the standard allwin cabinet took over.
The top locking door was used on early Worlball machines. Pilwin Play machines, the precursor to the Pilwin of 56, have turned up in a variety of cases



It may be that before Bryans had their own ball gantrys made they bought them in from another manufacturer?
Like the example below.

Only thing is I can't see any numbers on the case or door? Even though everything looks original.

Numbers are usually stamped on the chrome payout knob back plate or the trigger backplate.

Checked them and found the number.
