Registration & Arena access fixed

Spam bots arrived en masse last week, forcing me to close Registration to new users for a few days. I've now taken some countermeasures and reopened it.
Currently there's an issue with Arena access (for all subscribers) which I'll address this week.

The Arena is accessible again to subscribed members. I've extended all subs by two weeks to compensate for downtime.
If you're logged into the Forum, you'll probably have to log in again to access the Arena. That glitch should also be resolved shortly.
