God knows? One thing is for sure, there are a good few "hail Marys" being racked up. Can't see the Bishop walking round with a set of keys round his neck and an ex London Transport leather change bag. Perhaps he's gone out for a fag. :!?!:

Yes, in fact I think post 1964. I think the first Kingsway came out in 64.
