J.J.Parker craps player (1960)
This has to be the most complex electro mechanical (mostly electro) slot machine ever made. It was made by J.J.Parker in 1960. It works on much the same principle as the Buckley Bones but with much greater betting options. The man's voice in the video will put you to sleep in 20 seconds but luckily there is an option to jump straight to the machine in play and then again to see the machines guts which are truly complex on one side and simple on the other (a small wooden box unit to make the sound of dice being thrown). I'd love one of these. One sold on Ebay USA recently for only $900, but did it work?

Yes, I would love to have one of these as well
Tell you what, I’ll sort the cabinet out if you sort the rest out
Don’t you just love that dice shaking simulator

I thought he provided a very informative commentary.
A few years ago I posted a video of the earlier ACME version he mentions:
This I believe is pure electro-mechanical (no electronics). Ambitious machines for their day, taking advantage of newer technology to further exploit the dice handling concept pioneered in the all-mechanical Mills Dice.
