Just goes to show it's worth paying £25 for the permit if that's the price it will sell for.
More likely it's shill bidding! !PUZZLED! !PUZZLED! !PUZZLED!

Agreed, Nigel - a close look at the bid history and history of one bidder seems to suggest this (allegedly!)

It’s surprising that someone with 573 feedback has bid 4 times since being top bidder.
Shill bidding usually stops just after beating the top bid. Not that I’m an expert at this of course, just my gut feeling !PUZZLED! Something is not right here, least of all the machine.

I had a Mills Bellomatic for a short time that came to me with very similar, if not the same, length of club handle. Not a fan of it...

Look at the payout card!
Single cherry, then two cherries plus lemon!
(No sign of two cherries plus bell, either).
THAT must have taken some critical 'adjustment'.

Hi,
Just wondering why the blue Mills Hi Top is fetching such a good price on ebay.
Is there something rare about it ??

Hope you get it!
Could I ask what's rare about it? What other thread is it mentioned in?
Many thanks.

It finished at £1007. !OMFG! !OMFG!
bet the buyer who put 4 overbids after £1000 is mighty pleased to get such a rare beast for just £7 more!
Wonder if there is enough time to get it in the EH auction and make a handsome profit! :HaHa: :HaHa: :HaHa:

my guess is the "buyer" will, regretfully decline to complete the purchase on "technical" grounds, forcing the "seller" to relist the item? dirtdog
