Sparks Baby Trade Stimulator tokens and advice please!!

Hi,

Just started restoring my Sparks Baby Trade Stimulator with gumball dispenser and jackpot payout.
Found inside 20+ original ? payout tokens (pics attached) Are these rare or valuable? May sell a few.
Also could someone tell me how the gum is released each time you play a coin? There is just a flap and spring which means you could potentially empty the gum balls without paying for them.
There is however another lever and spring which seems to connect to the bottom of the main mech with a toggle but seems to do nothing.

Any advice please ?
