It is a Wonders machine with the wizard stuck over the top, looks like it might be a 10 cu at a guess. Also overpriced.....

Ditto.
The Wizard sign appears to be copied from a BMCo. allwin. Unless this is a very early Wonders, the lack of a Wonders-type coin slot suggests the coinage was changed at some time.

Auction house states 'very rare penny 10 win Victorian arcade amusement game' they are only about 60 years out on the date!

way overpriced (if sold at that) considering commission + VAT will be on top of the hammer price

You've lost me there, I know I'm being thick but what commission and VAT? And what do you mean by hammer price?
You are of course right about the price, indeed both his allwins are damn near double their true value.
