I'm assuming you mean the famous Spark Plug cartoon horse?

My 1935 Neontact
by PAMCO, with scoring in neon letters! The idea being to complete a score in numbers and then be paid for that amount by the operator. Only two known examples, I sold to a museum in Belgium a few years ago. Runs on batteries.
