2p or not 2p

Post by cheeky »

I’ve noticed that nearly all slot machines old and new are working on 2p these days. 10 years ago, most were on 5 or 10p. I’m guessing that the cost of a licence has changed. How can an operator make any money on 2p machines?

Indeed but why aren’t they all on 5p or 10p play? 🤔

They are all on 10p in my local family entertainment centre and are redemption machines. Only most of the pushers are on 2p.

Interesting. I’ll ask a local operator and update this thread and the machines in and around the Clacton area were converted back.
