Help with info Watling Export Bell

Hi

Please help me with info on my Watling Rol a Top with the text Export Bell.

I have other Rol a Top machines to compare this to and it’s not a preproduction or fake machine - it’s just the text.

Was this made in the US for the export market before they sold the molds and parts to Bell Fruit Manufacturing Co.?
