I'm sorry to report there's a problem with the website registration system at present making it impossible for new members to join.

While I work to fix this, anyone who wishes to join (or has already tried), please email me your chosen Username. You could also send a password, if you don't mind entrusting it to me (and the email system) - otherwise I'll create one for you, which you can change later if you wish.

That previous announcement was premature. Problems have continued to plague those who've tried to join us. Sorry. It's been a right royal pain in the posterior.

Anyway, a new system has now been installed which will hopefully put paid to the problems permanently.
