Re: Win-A-Lot Pinball Machine
Well done Stuart, was it made by Street's?
I used to have one of their Tuck Shops which if you won threw a roll of sweets at you.
See Shields Tuck Shop & Win-a-Lot Site admin.

Re: Win-A-Lot Pinball Machine
Hi BP
,
I can't find a makers name on the machine, but it is about the same size as a Tuck Shop machine, the cabinet looks like it has been reworked from an old pre flipper pinball type machine
, so it may only have been made in numbers, having said that I like it
as for the tuck shop? maybe one day I will be lucky and find one

I guess I meant Shield's not Streets, think I got confused because it showed a set of traffic lights.
No hope for me really!
Anyway , whoever the hell made it, it also sported dummy flippers.

Re: 50s Pinball
There's something to be said for this.
A lot of these machines we collect are just skill-less games that are designed for kids to be able to use too. By role playing a scenario, even if just mentally, you can create some fake drama fun.
