R&W Hat Trick payout

I have a Ruffler and Walker Hat Trick but for the life of me, can't figure out how the payout works. With mine it doesn't matter what winning tube the ball falls in, it always pays out six pennies, instead of two for red, four for blue and six for gold. Any help would be appreciated.

I forget how much this has in common with the Hat Trick payout, but it may give you some clues.
