Download passwords

I’ve made a couple of requests for download the past few weeks but nothing has come back. I recall seeing a while back that messages for this weren’t getting through. Any way to get a download password?

Unfortunately, now when I click the link to download, before being asked for the password, I get the message, "There has been a critical error on this website." Any clues?

If it helps the the trouble shootings the same error appears if you might on the upload files link and also in the for sale and wanted sections.
