Is this an upload problem, or something else. It's happened a couple of times in the topic.

Re: Photos not showing
You won't be surprised when I say it could be one of several things... I can't replicate it at the moment, but have seen it a few times, particularly when there are several large file-size images on a page. However, because other members aren't reporting the issue (yet), I think it's most likely a problem with your internet connection (restricted bandwidth) or a browser-related image loading glitch, which can sometimes be fixed by refreshing the page.
Which browser are you using? Does it occur when using a different browser? Does it occur when visiting other websites?

Think this may be my end Mr P, as I can now see them when I use a different computer (+ moving closer to router). I have an idea it may well be an internet issue.
Our house is a typical 1930s build whereby in those days the then 'modern' method of construction was with concrete blocks whose aggregate was sourced from blast furnace slag. The concrete typically had a metal content of 20 to 25% and when used in buildings and particularly rooms within buildings, provides a Faraday cage effect which rather objects to the passage of electromagnetic waves.
It used to be absolutely fine with my typewriter.

I can imagine such metallic construction forming your walls could be an issue.
Although I don't imagine your floors and ceilings would be of such materials, wood more likely?
Still the most likely chance is the room your cable enters, keep that as the room you put your router and use your pooter in.
