Brecknells "Minor", A Guide To Health
This rather splendid cast iron scale just sold for £850 at Adam's Auctions of Dublin.
At first glance I assumed it was American.

I love these old scales, but they are so big and heavy. I like the slim lines of this one. It reminds me of the Autoway "Barometer of Health", a really stylish scale made in Scotland.
