Daval Reel 21 trade stimulator

Post by geofflove »

I imported this as a box of bits from a guy in the USA. Just finished sorting and assembling. Tis a thing of beauty.
Does anyone know what size gumball these take?. Mine are 13mm and just run straight through. Too small.

Like a lot of people in the UK with this machine, mine has no gumball dispenser. One thing I will suggest from my other trade Stims, use marbles not real gumballs. Unless you really like gumballs they will sit in the machine and go sticky and jam together causing a mess.

Yes it was actually marbles I tested it with. I think I prob need around 16mm. I guess ball bearings would be easiest but not very colourful.

There are a large range of different-sized coloured marbles available on ebay. There has been a thread running on the forum very recently about using them as gum balls.

Thanks. I’ve got some on the way, so I’ll see if they work OK.
