I just loosened it very slightly at the point of the arrow and loosened it at this point and many others!
I made a short video to show you the result which is obviously not perfect but it is already clear progress I think.

Merci !

chance10 wrote:Thanks!

Now another little problem: the machine doesn't pay!
I carefully looked at the posts of member coppinpr. I did the test of holding the fingers horizontal to simulate full payment and it works fine.
So I don't know where the problem could be! I took the slides apart and cleaned them well, just in case...

First ...
Force a win by stopping the clock and turning the reels to a high win.
Restart clock.
If it doesn't pay out, examine the vertical fingers for one of them to have penetrated through all three discs.
If it has, check for congestion inside the slides.
If a finger hasn't penetrated through all three discs, you must investigate why not. Perhaps the symbols have moved? Is the 5th Click occurring?

J'ai donc suivi vos conseils et voilà le résultat en photos;
chance10 wrote:So I followed your advice and here's the result in photos;
I aligned 3 bells which normally pay a maximum.
The bottom cam did not move back because I think a finger is missing through the disk(s) and of course it can't pay I think?
The 5 clicks are there, so I think your hypothesis that symbols would have moved is certainly the most likely.
It remains to be discovered how the disks were placed originally when the machine left the factory!!

But, in your second photo we see a vertical finger passing through all three pay out discs! That is what we want!
It's true the bottom horizontal finger hasn't been released, and if the bottom one is not moved, then none of the payouts will happen, because all coins have to pass through that coin slide.
Investigate why the vertical slides don't arrive as far as the horizontal finger at the bottom. Look at all of them, as every pay out depends on all of the vertical fingers being able to move the bottom horizontal finger as well.

You've found the problem, now to repair it!

chance10 wrote:I found a vertical finger that seems abnormal to me! (the one that fits into the 3 disks).
It is shorter than the others. Its end is raw metal colour and not gold.
I have the distinct impression that someone has deliberately shortened it?
As a result, this vertical finger cannot possibly move the lower horizontal finger and therefore payment is impossible.
What do you think?

Well spotted!
A common trick, performed by many machine operators. It was easy for them to do.
I am concerned that the operator may have done this fake to other fingers also.
Before we look at how to repair it, I suggest you check every sequence of payouts to confirm that it is the only finger that has been shortened. Then we know exactly what we are dealing with.
