Aristocrat Kingsway Tic Tac Toe Reels don't spin at all

Hello all.
I’m new on this site and I just got my first slot machine, but I have a problem with the reels not spinning at all. I have read a lot on here and tried a few things, but I’m lost. My reels are not spinning at all and I can't figure out what to check next. Hope someone can guide me to what to check and try next. I have a video but I don't know how to add it to my post.

Welcome, I guess we really do need to see the video to understand fully what is or isn't going on.
Firstly place your video on a host like YouTube and then copy the link they give you and paste it on here.

I have an Aristocrat Tic Tac Toe where the kicker is not spinning the reels and I hope someone can guide me to what to try next. The reels spins fine when I stop the clock and the brakes and fingers work fine. How do I get the kicker to spin the reels?

We can’t see it due to the jackpot being in the way, but I would look at the kicker, as this is what drives the reels. You can see the main operating arm at the back dropping very slowly, which in turn drives the kicker. If the kicker is gummed up, it will cause this effect…

You will need to take off the jackpot and reel bundle to get to it properly... clean, lube and reinstall.
