Electro mechanical Maygay Bingo Club
Just picked my new toy from Merseyside today, an early seventies Maygay Bingo Club in good nick, but been stored for 25 years so needs a bit of work. It's very nice.

If you want to post a photo, click on Reply, then scroll down the page until you see the box marked Choose a file, click on this and it should take you to your photos file on your computer. Choose a photo and click Open, then click on Add the file, and it should appear in the dialogue box. You can check by clicking on Preview. If all is OK, then click on Submit and your photo should appear on the Forum.
Hope this helps??

I've set my camera to smallest size but still telling me file size too big when trying to upload. Never had a problem before, stuck now.

Try editing it in MS Paint.
Open it and resize until you can see it all on the page.
If you get really stuck mail it to me and I'll have a go.

Or better still just send me the machine and I will send you a photo back...
As BP says, you will need to edit your photo on your computer first to make it smaller...

Re: Electro mechanical Maygay Bingo Club
Thanks Jeremy, it would be nice if you can do this one, but I need to learn myself. What is MS Paint, not a clue? Can it not be made more simple, like allowing larger file size. Anyway, I need your email address to send the pic to.badpenny wrote:If you get really stuck mail it to me and I'll have a go.
Many thanks.

When you open a photo on your computer, does it open in "Microsoft Office Picture Manager"? If not, what program does it open in? If you can tell me that, we can try and take it from there.

Your photos are stored in My Pictures, but when you double click on an individual photo in My Pictures, it will open up on your computer screen in another program. The name of that program will be in the title bar at the top of the page, something like this photo below.

Re: Electro mechanical Maygay Bingo Club
OK, pics sent to Jeremy, so I do hope he can display them here. I have sorted the hold problem and a few other issues, but it seems I have a problem. Either side of the nine bingo lights are two bulbs. When I manually press a relay they light; otherwise they don't, I have a relay that won't energise mounted next to the nine bingo lights and there are two Varyator motors. The right mounted one never seems to run, so it seems a circuit is down. It would help if I knew how it should work. I don't suppose anyone has a diagram or a working machine? It does play and payout.
