When I emptied mablethorpe
I bought a room of spares off the owner
There was 2 big boxes of locks some with keys some not
When they scrapped the machines they must of de locked them
There are a good few 100
And lots I have never seen before
I best start dragging these out and see if anyone can identify them
If there fetching these kind of prices 🥳 I could do with a holiday 🕺🏼🕺🏼💃🏻💃🏻

Back in the 70s it was common for franchise dealers to break up brand new bikes to make bigger profits, was thinking of breaking up my allwin collection

I'll have two please, at that price!
£2400 seemed a lot, especially as it was on 1 new pence.

Evening all... Is the upcoming Elephant House auction on Dec 4th a walk in event like in previous years or online only? Thanks.

I think everyone would like to go to these auctions on the day.
To socialise with other like minded collectors.
But it would require extra staff for Steve and additional costs.

I’m not keen on bidding on items I can’t examine first hand. Someone else’s mint condition might be only good condition in my eyes. The CC website is a bit tricky to navigate and understand for an old git like myself. I can see Steve has put a lot of time and effort into getting his CC business up and running, but I personally like to walk in, take a good look around, bid on what I like the look of and come home with a few spares that I don’t need :HaHa: I do miss the EH and Coventry auctions….
