Little Stockbroker

Post by tommo1 »

Hi All
I have recently purchased 2 Little Stockbrokers, one in not bad condition, the other not so good condition.
Both seem to be complete, but when I insert 1d and flick the lever, the reward disc only seems to move 2-3 segments. Is this correct?
I intend to refurbish both machines - what is the best way to do this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome there....never owned one myself, yes I believe they don’t spin far and are a predictive in terms of the next win.

Worth posting some pictures to help people judge in condition and guidance. Also have a look through below thread on others' experience on working on them. !!THUMBSX2!!

The disc APPEARS to spin further than it actually does, when it's set up correctly. In reality, it moves only a few spaces. (Can't remember how many).
You need to be thinking VERY clearly to set these up.
Are they both Stockbrokers? I'd love a 'CRICKETERS' conversion.

As Tom says, these are predictive. There is in fact no random play. They follow a pre-determined path so movement is very small. Built to be sited outdoors, often on seaside piers, they sometimes suffer from salt corrosion.
