I have some early Mills machines but only one has that top casting with the two extra bars on the reel window!

That looks to be a Mills Poinsettia, but with a double jackpot conversion.
Pace, perhaps?

The "two casting bars" are a separate frame which could be used on Liberty Bell type top castings. It's marked with "MLB 1773".
