R&W Win a Nestles backflash variations

Just started to work on a Ruffler and Walker Win a Nestles.

There seems to be slight variations to the backflash,to others I've seen. Just wondered how many R+W Nestles backflash variations they made.

I should think every time they did a new run on them.
These weren't large manufacturers.
They weren't big enough to hold large stocks and probably had to order in parts they didn't manufacture themselves every time they needed to make a run.

How right you are BP. They were done by screen printing. The screens were only good for so many copies. New screens would at that time have been made by hand and, depending on the artist making them, things would change.

Don't bother... I've tried it and it doesn't show up on the canvas.
