Puritan Baby Bell Alignment

Hey all, I am new to trade stimulator collecting. I purchased a Puritan Baby Bell recently and when it brakes the wheels are not aligned. Wondering if anyone knows how to align the wheels?

Probably reel strips are loose. Just realign and crimp the tins on the side a bit tighter!
