Stolen Machines
Stolen Machines
Hi,
I’ve had a number of machines stolen last night (28th-29th October 2021) that I had in storage. If you are offered any of the pictured machines below, please get in contact with me. Many thanks.

Re: Stolen Machines
Hopefully, whoever has them makes a mistake which leads to a later return of them, back to you.
Are they marked anywhere with a postcode or other defining mark?

Re: Stolen Machines
Unfortunately, they are not marked with a postcode; however, some do have their unique age marks, a fair few of them I’ve never seen for sale before or since.
It’s a long shot, but I thought it would be worth letting the community who are interested in these machines know if, by chance, they come across them.

Re: Stolen Machines
It doesn't happen often thankfully.
You may get a quicker reaction if there were a crime number to report as the system is supposed to work nationally.
Could it have been kids?
Was anything else taken or only these?

Re: Stolen Machines
Hi,
Thank you, there is a crime number it is: 21000629713.
A few other things were taken; however, nothing I’d expect to turn up and be identifiable.
I can’t imagine these machines would stay hidden from collectors for too long as most of us are all on here.

Re: Stolen Machines
djjfive - hope that you can recover these, keep looking on eBay and other such sites, also auction houses: good luck.
Re: Stolen Machines
Ah, thank you.
I’ve always got alerts on for vintage penny machines
I’m struggling to understand where they would expect to sell these without leaving a trail back to themselves.
It seems unlikely anyone with an actual interest in these machines would also happen to be a burglar, so it appears to be a poorly planned robbery, rather strange items for thieves to target, in my opinion

Re: Stolen Machines
Sort of makes you wish you lived in Hong Kong. Don't they lash people for this? Or Iran, with the removal of offending hands of the thief.
