It doesn't look like a recent photo, but appears to be a Miser. If I had to guess the maker, maybe Arnold?

This machine was operating at Mablethorpe until comparatively recently (around 10 years ago, ish), and may have been called the Haunted Bed Chamber. I have a vague recollection that it was identified as a Canova.

I've tried to enlarge the image, it's so blurred but the first word does look like Miser (although the theme doesn't).

Well, half right. I was also aware of its present whereabouts Bob - I was just being discreet!
But I am now pondering where I got 'Haunted Bed Chamber' from. There is, or was, definitely a model with such a name. There was a time when I knew of almost all known working models from the half dozen or so major makers, even the whereabouts of many. But memory has faded.
I'm now wondering whether it was a Lee or Dennison......but then, is that Nelson or Leonard, or John or daughters?

I think it must not have had that marquee on when I saw it :woops: I remember the wax head figure in the bed now.
The Haunted Bed Chamber is the Leonard Lee model.
