I invited a few friends in for cocktails the other evening. The Kray twins were invited but never showed up.
It didn't take long for everyone to gravitate to my "Dog Race" slot machine.....When someone hit a six pence
payout you would think it was Saturday night at the Hippodrome.
I ended up covering next month's rent.

If I were a few years younger, I would pack up my "Dog Race" and sail for England.
There is no doubt in my mind that I would end up with a fortune and a British title.

Back to good old "Shady Pines".
It's been quite some time since I have had some friends in for cocktails and a rip=roaring night of gambling
with my "DOG RACE"...........so I thought I thought I'd give it a try.

Everyone arrived on time, wolfed down my wine and cheese, peed on my Persian rug, and spent the rest of the
evening debating the merits of various brands of toilet paper and diapers. ROGER
