Hi Everyone,

I have read this very interesting forum on and off for a few years now, so it's about time I actually contributed! I am interested in a wide range of coin-op items but have not been as active with buying and selling in recent years. Up until the late 1990s we owned and operated a coin-op amusement company here (Chicago Amusements: pinballs, videos and juke boxes on locations, in arcades and home sales) and in the last 20 years have operated another non-coin-op business, which has taken up a lot of our time.

I was a good friend of former forum member "Bob", the late Bob Klepner, whose wisdom, experience and friendship is greatly missed. Years ago I was also in touch with the great Dick Bueschel from Chicago, Il. When you could contact people like these, you almost always had an answer to any coin-op question. I also know several other local collectors, but look forward to meeting more through the Penny Machines Forum.
