Sorry for the late response. Caught a virus - me, not the site, after being bug free for years...

The Arena software seems to be terminally broken. Restoring database and files from backups didn't help. No idea what's up with it. Can't even access the backend/admin. To get support on it, I'd have to purchase a new version of the software, but I've been meaning to migrate it to a Wordpress membership plugin for years. Just never got around to it, 'cause it's a major project - just to get back to where we were before. Entropy...

Anyway, this has forced the issue, so I'm now engaged in the laborious process of re-coding old HTML and CSS and moving it over to the Wordpress platform. Then I'll move all subscribed members over and extend subs to compensate.

All existing subscribers reinstated with a couple of months added for lost time.

Found the solution. At least for me. Logged out and back in again and all fixed
