Your Personal Information
We do not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access our website, except where they voluntarily choose to give us their personal details via email, online form, or when they place an order with us. We collect only the information required to process the order and to provide the best possible service.

When you place an order the information we will collect about you includes:
your name
address
telephone number
email address.
When you place an order or make a payment through our website you are transferred to a secure site (operated by PayPal) prior to entering your credit card details. This ensures that your credit card details are completely secure. We do not record or have access to them.

Security
PayPal uses state of the art security to ensure that you are fully protected against risk. When you fill in the payment form and click the submit button a secure link is set up between your browser and PayPal and an encryption code is requested and received, which then encrypts the order and transaction details before leaving your computer using Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you register or log in to PayPal, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Your Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you give us is used exclusively by PennyMachines.co.uk. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will only email you if we have a query about any order you place with us, or to reply to an email you have sent to us. We do not send marketing emails to our customers. We will not pass any of your personal information to outside organisations and/or individuals, nor will we transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) without first obtaining your consent.

We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site and to assess which pages are the most popular. This information is not linked to any personal data so you can be assured that as a visitor to our site you remain anonymous.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our own security policy.

'Cookies'
We place very small files called cookies on your computer's hard drive. These are used to keep track of the contents of your Shopping Basket once you have selected an item. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. However, several areas of our website including the Shopping Cart will not function if you refuse cookies.

Sensitive Information
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
