Our Trading Policy


Delivery
When your payment has been authorised you will receive an email from Paypal confirming the details and cost of your order. We will process and dispatch your order within two working days. You should receive your order within four working days from the date of your order. However, due to factors beyond our control within the postal system, please allow seven working days for your order to arrive. For International orders please allow 14 to 20 days. Your order will include a receipt quoting the total payment. If you need to contact us prior to receiving your order please email PennyMachines.co.uk or Postbox.


Cancellation Rights
If, for any reason, you want to cancel the order, you can do so within 7 working days following the day that you receive the goods. You will have to return the goods in their original, undamaged condition at your own cost. Where you exercise your right to cancel, your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Please let us know you are returning the goods by emailing PennyMachines.co.uk or Postbox.


Damaged or Defective Goods
We take great care when we package our material and are confident that your order will arrive in perfect condition. However, goods can be damaged in transit. If your order does arrive in a damaged condition or there are items missing we will gladly replace the goods or provide a refund.


Complaints
We are confident that you will be very satisfied with our service and that your order will be dealt with courteously and efficiently. However, things can sometimes go wrong. If you have a complaint we promise to be fair, confidential and deal with your complaint effectively. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days (at the very latest) and will provide a likely time scale for resolving the dispute and keep you informed about progress. We are constantly attempting to provide a better service to our customers, so please be as specific as possible about your complaint.
